As Registered Clinical Counsellors, our practice is focused on helping individuals, couples, and families who feel trapped and powerless, and desire to move forward on their healing journey with a positive mindset. With empathy and care, we work with adults and youth with mental health concerns stemming from childhood trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief, and relational trauma, and women who are victims of gender-based violence and sexual assault.
To support individuals as they navigate through life's complexities, we offer counselling for concerns related to self-esteem, stress management, procrastination, perfectionism, burnout, anger management, and vicarious trauma. We also provide counselling for mental health concerns that include addictions, ADHD, emotional dysregulation (BPD), grief and loss, bicultural identity crises, family problems, acculturative stress, and life transitions.
With training in the Gottman Method and EFT, we work with couples who are facing communication and interpersonal challenges in their relationship. We offer court-ordered therapy for anger management and respectful relationships. We also work with families experiencing inter-generational conflict due to acculturation and intercultural tension from changes in family structure and dynamics.
